Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, via USPS Priority and Priority Express Mail.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Orders are dispatched within three business days. Shipping is free on all orders over $100; for orders under $100, the cost is calculated at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders over $100.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Online orders can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. In-store purchases can be returned within 14 days of purchase, for exchange or store credit. All items must be returned with their original tags, unworn and undamaged.
How do I return or exchange something?

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, with a tracking link.

Sizing & fit
How do your sizes run?
Most pieces run true to size, and any exceptions are noted in the Size & Fit section on each product page. For reference, our models are 6'1" and wear a size M top and a 30" waist.
Do you have a size guide?
Fit notes are included on every product page to help you choose.
Stock & availability
Are pieces limited?
We stock emerging designers in small runs, so many pieces are limited and some are one of a kind. Once something has sold, it may not return.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes, but stock moves quickly and much of it is seasonal. If something you want is sold out, get in touch and we'll let you know if it's coming back.
Gift cards & care
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, Ferris gift cards are available online and can be used on any purchase.
How do I care for my pieces?
Care instructions are on each garment's label. When in doubt, go with the gentlest option.
